Assistant HR Executive

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager by assisting in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates. Your responsibilities will include communicating interview details to candidates via email/phone, maintaining interview calendars, and ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and interviewers. Additionally, you will update candidate records and status in the HR system and provide administrative support to the HR team as required. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting the HR Manager in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates. - Communicating interview details to candidates via email/phone. - Maintaining interview calendars and ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and interviewers. - Updating candidate records and status in the HR system. - Providing administrative support to the HR team as required.
