- Support HR operations – handle day‑to‑day admin tasks, maintain employee records, and update HRIS. - Recruitment help – post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication. - Onboarding – prepare new‑hire paperwork, set up equipment, and run orientation sessions. - Employee services – answer HR queries, process leave requests, and manage the employee handbook. - Payroll & benefits – assist with payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and related documentation. - Reporting – generate basic HR metrics and help with monthly/quarterly reporting. - Compliance – ensure all HR activities follow company policies and local labor laws.
