Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a performance-driven Assistant General Manager – Sales to support and execute sales strategies in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have strong sales management experience, the ability to drive team performance, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Manage day-to-day sales operations and ensure target achievement
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team
• Set sales targets, track KPIs, and drive productivity and conversions
• Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and follow-ups
• Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers
• Conduct regular sales reviews, training, and performance assessments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

Key Requirements & Skills:

• 6–8 years of experience in real estate sales with proven sales management exposure
• Strong team handling and performance management skills
• Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing mid-sized sales teams in real estate
• Strong understanding of residential/commercial real estate sales cycles
• Local market knowledge is an added advantage
