Job Title: Social Media Specialist / Executive Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Social Media Specialist / Executive with 1–2 years of professional experience in managing social media platforms and creating content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Shopify-based brands , a strong sense of digital trends, and proficiency in content strategy, engagement, and analytics. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos) tailored to each platform Manage and grow social media presence for Shopify brand accounts Use tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Creator Studio for scheduling and publishing Respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions) Generate monthly reports and optimize strategies based on insights Collaborate with content and design teams for consistent branding Assist in managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn when required Requirements Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience in a similar role (internships not counted) Proven experience managing social media for Shopify-based eCommerce brands Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement strategies Good command over content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.) Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ad managers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts Benefits Fixed day shift (Mon–Fri) Creative work environment Exposure to multiple brands and industries Career growth opportunities Work Location: In person – Mohali, Punjab How to Apply: Apply through Indeed or share your resume via WhatsApp/call at 9041511782 .
