We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Solar EPC team. The role involves lead generation, site surveys, customer presentations, and handling project documentation, playing a key part in driving business growth under government initiatives like PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and convert potential residential and commercial customers for solar rooftop systems. Prepare and deliver professional presentations to prospective clients. Social Media Marketing & Tele-Marketing Site Survey & Technical Coordination: Conduct on-site visits to assess roof suitability, available space, and project feasibility. Capture and record all necessary details (photos, measurements, electrical load). Coordinate with the design team to ensure accurate proposals. Product Pitch & Customer Engagement: Present solar solutions, subsidy schemes, ROI benefits, and installation processes to clients. Address customer queries clearly and build strong, trust-based relationships. Documentation & Compliance: Handle customer KYC, subsidy applications, and installation agreements. Ensure timely submission of project documentation to internal teams, DISCOM, and other authorities. Reporting & Targets: Maintain accurate daily reports on leads, site visits, and conversions using CRM/Excel. Consistently achieve monthly sales targets set by the management. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline (Preference for Marketing/Technical background). 0–2 years of experience in field sales/marketing (Experience in Solar/Electrical industry is a plus). Excellent communication skills in Hindi and local language; English is an added advantage. Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines. Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets. Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license. Mandatory submission of a Police Verification Certificate. Daily Tasks: Conduct on-demand customer site visits and prepare project documentation. Manage solar project financing documentation and submit files to banks. Handle solar project submissions to DISCOM and relevant NOCs for Solar. Support the solar installation team when required. Generate leads through field activities and community engagement. Promote solar solutions via social media marketing. Work Schedule & Locations:· Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Work Mode: Field Work: Monday to Saturday from Home.
