Job Title: Computer Operator cum Data Entry Executive Location: Matiyari, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Company: BookMySolar Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator cum Data Entry Executive to manage daily data entry, maintain digital records, and support office operations. The candidate should have good computer skills, accuracy, and basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication. Key Responsibilities Enter and update customer, vendor, and project data in company systems. Maintain and organize electronic and paper files. Prepare reports, quotations, and invoices as instructed. Handle basic computer operations including Excel data management and printing/scanning. Support the sales and operations team with documentation and online submissions (e.g., DISCOM portals, subsidy forms). Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of data. Perform other clerical tasks and assist in daily office coordination. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum Qualification: Graduate or Diploma (preferably in Computer Applications, IT, or Commerce). Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. Good typing speed and accuracy. Basic understanding of online forms, email handling, and data uploads. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Prior experience in solar, EPC, or office operations will be an added advantage.
