Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.

Review and correct data uploaded by booking centres in the ERP system related to consignments, billing, and customer details.
Validate entries against supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

2.

Identify duplicate entries or records in the ERP system and remove or consolidate them appropriately.
Maintain logs of duplicate detection and resolution activities for audit purposes.

3.

Merge related or overlapping data entries to create accurate and unified records.
Update master data (e.g., customers, vehicles, vendors) in the system as per company requirements.

4.

Ensure all ERP data fields are complete, standardized, and updated regularly.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on correction activities and data validation results.

5.

Communicate with booking centres to resolve incorrect, missing, or inconsistent data.
Support the accounts and operations teams by maintaining synchronized data across modules.

6.

Adhere to company ERP protocols and data entry standards.
Handle company and customer information with confidentiality and integrity.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any field (freshers welcome).
Basic understanding of MS Excel and data entry tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn ERP processes and logistics workflows.
