Job Title: Tele caller – Inbound Process (Australian Shift) Location: Mohali, Punjab Industry: International Customer Support / BPO Job Type: Full-Time Shift Timing: Males: Rotational shifts (24×7) Females: Day shifts only (as per Australian business hours) Shift Duration: 8.5 hours/day Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month About the Client: Our client is a global service provider operating across Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, offering high-quality inbound customer support services. Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and fluent Telecallers to handle inbound calls for our international client. You will be responsible for assisting customers with queries and clearly explaining service packages to ensure a smooth customer experience.
