ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

You will directly manage select brands, overseeing positioning, differentiation, and lifecycle strategies, while guiding team members in their brand responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide strategic direction to affiliate marketing teams and senior leadership. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine regional strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making and providing market-specific recommendations. You will lead new product launches, balancing regional alignment with local adaptation, and drive sustained brand growth through lifecycle management initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and Regulatory teams will be essential, as well as aligning regional marketing plans with affiliates, distributors, and local teams. It is crucial to exhibit cultural sensitivity and market adaptation by tailoring strategies for diverse Southeast Asian markets, considering cultural nuances and adapting communication and branding to resonate with different healthcare environments.
