Job Description

Role Overview:

Program Manager – Eligibility & Compliance to lead onboarding and compliance operations for Partners and Drivers. The role will own end-to-end execution of eligibility checks, compliance processes, onboarding workflows, and operational support. The ideal candidate will not only define and implement manual compliance processes but also translate them into scalable product features, while leveraging data for continuous improvement.

Onboarding & Compliance Operations

• Lead and manage onboarding workflows for Partners and Drivers, ensuring smooth activation and SLA adherence.

• Design and enforce compliance checks including KYC/KYV, background verification, and documentation audits.

• Monitor operational support issues during onboarding and drive timely resolution.

• Implement manual compliance processes and translate them into automation/product features.

Program & Risk Management

• Define program goals, project timelines, and governance frameworks for compliance and onboarding programs.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance frameworks.

• Own internal/external audits and drive closure of compliance findings.

Process Optimization & Data-Driven Insights

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in onboarding and compliance journeys.

• Use data to generate insights, build dashboards, and track KPIs to improve efficiency and compliance readiness.

• Collaborate with tech/product teams to automate document verification, QC checks, and compliance reporting.

Stakeholder & Training Engagement

• Partner with legal, operations, product, and tech teams to align compliance goals with business priorities.

• Promote compliance culture across teams through targeted training and awareness initiatives.


Qualifications:

✓ Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 institute. MBA Preferred

✓ Min 5 years of experience in program/project management, especially in compliance, audit, risk, or operational governance.

✓ Exposure to working in regulated industries such as financial services, logistics, mobility.

✓ Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, KYC/KYV processes, and onboarding risk controls.

✓ Proven leadership in managing diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

✓ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills—both verbal and written.
