Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Desk Manager to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front desk management.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, including receptionists and concierges.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front desk management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to handle complex situations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is an asset.
  • A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
