Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Desk Manager to join our team at Renaissance Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front desk management.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through excellent communication skills.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance front office efficiency.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Analyze guest feedback and suggest improvements to services.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in front desk management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience working in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
