Assistant Front Desk Manager

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Front Desk Manager to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in front desk operations and management, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless room preparation and issue resolution.
• Implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including registration forms and billing information.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, promoting a positive and welcoming environment for guests.

• Proven experience in front desk operations and management within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and training front desk staff.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems, including reservation and billing software.
• A graduate degree is required for this position.
