Job Description

Key Role :

4+ years of experience in compliance & team handling.
Male / Female candidate preferred.
who can join in less than 30days notice.
can handle clients & notices.
who knows local language (English / Kannada/ Hindi / Telugu / Tamil).
role needs travelling across sites for notice closure , audits across Bangalore / Karnataka .

Key responsibilities

Policy and Procedure Development:
Develop, implement, and update health, safety, and compliance policies and procedures for facilities and staff.
Auditing and Monitoring:
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards, identifying and addressing gaps.
Risk Management:
Perform and oversee risk assessments, including fire and premises risk assessments, and develop action plans to address shortcomings.
Safety Oversight:
Act as the Fire Safety Officer and manage asbestos compliance, ensuring all statutory inspections are completed and records are maintained.
Maintenance and Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the maintenance schedule for plant and equipment, ensuring statutory compliance and optimal functioning.
Incident Response:
Investigate incidents and develop contingency plans for emergency situations.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance activities and provide regular reports to management.
Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise with internal departments (like maintenance and operations) and external vendors to coordinate compliance efforts and resolve issues.
