Position: Assistant Compliance Manager

Job Summary:

Assistant Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end statutory compliance
for all company locations.
Manage
monthly and yearly return filings
accurately and on time.
Prepare and
upload files, challans, and returns
on statutory portals (PF, ESIC, LWF, etc.).
Maintain records related to
UAN, ESIC, PF, LWF, and compliance registers
.
Ensure
timely auditing and coordination
with internal/external auditors.
Stay updated on
latest compliance laws, amendments, and government notifications
.
Work on
Simpliance and other compliance software
for tracking and reporting.
Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for compliance data and documentation.
Ensure
100% compliance adherence
across all client and company sites.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in
Commerce / HR / Law
or related field.
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in
statutory compliance management
.
Strong knowledge of
PF, ESIC, LWF, UAN, PT, and compliance audits
.
Proficiency in
Simpliance or similar compliance tools
.
Excellent attention to detail, record management, and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
