Assistant Clinic Manager

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Performance:

  • Drive

    sales growth and revenue generation

  • Track business pipeline, plan collections, and ensure individual and team targets are met.

    ticket size, customer count, customer conversion, and repeat business

  • Manage category performance across

    ,

    Hair Care, Products, Anti-Ageing, and other services

  • Develop and implement

    sales strategies

    to increase client retention and acquisition.

2. Systems & Process Orientation:

  • Ensure smooth operations in

    billing, inventory control, cash management, and clinic assets

  • Handle email correspondence efficiently.
  • Supervise housekeeping to maintain

    hygiene and cleanliness standards

    in the clinic.

3. Customer Service:

  • Ensure

    quality and effective services

    are provided to clients.
  • Engage with

    HNI clients

    and other customers to encourage repeat purchases (BTC).
  • Gather client feedback on

    service quality and customer experience

  • Oversee

    complaint management

    , acknowledging and resolving concerns in a timely manner while escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
  • Focus on

    customer retention

    and ensure a

    high standard of customer service

    for all visitors.

4. Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the front desk team effectively.

    front desk staff and client coordinators

Qualifications & Requirements:

    clinic management, sales, or healthcare administration

  • Ability to manage

    sales targets, business performance, customer service, and team coordination

  • Experience in handling

    high-value clients and complaint resolution

    .
  • Proficiency in

    clinic management software and operational processes
