Responsibilities: - Patient Relationship Management Front desk handling - meet & greet customers, billing and appointment scheduling Ensure patients are taken good care of and there is minimal to no wait time Explaining services and related cost associated Ensure all new and old patient leads are followed up. Solving customer issues post consultation and procedures Keeping doctor in the loop with patients' feedback/issues over messages and calls. - Clinic Operations Responsible for overall clinic operations Check for any wear or tear of machinery, AC, or other equipment & bring it to the notice of management Managing inventory for products, consumables, and office stationery along with the staff Ensure staff timings and everyone is groomed properly Ensure proper billing, payment collection, due report follow-up, etc. Overall responsibility for petty cash and day-to-day expenses Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic, treatment rooms, doctor rooms, etc. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field. Language Proficiency: English, Kannada (bonus) Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferably in a healthcare setting.
