About the Role

sales enablement

The role involves researching the latest AI applications, assessing their potential for integration, and supporting pilot projects that improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making in talent acquisition and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Research and evaluate
AI tools
, APIs, and platforms applicable to
sales, marketing, and recruitment
.
Analyze features, usability, and integration capabilities of shortlisted tools (e.g., AI chatbots, CRM assistants, sourcing automation, candidate screening, etc.).
Develop comparison reports and present insights on top-performing AI solutions.
Assist in prototyping or testing AI integrations using platforms such as
Zapier, Notion AI, ChatGPT, or other SaaS APIs
.
Identify opportunities for automation in lead generation, outreach, and candidate management workflows.
Collaborate with the business and technology teams to document findings and recommend actionable implementation strategies.
Stay updated on trends in
Generative AI
,
LLMs
, and
AI-driven analytics
relevant to HR and sales functions.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Strong understanding of
AI tools
, APIs, and automation platforms (OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, HubSpot, etc.).
Interest in
SalesTech
,
HRTech
, or
Recruitment Technology
.
Analytical mindset with good communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of Python, APIs, or data analysis tools is a plus.
