Role Overview:


Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual

    sales targets

    in assigned markets or verticals.
  • Own the

    P&L responsibility

    for your segment—drive profitability and manage costs effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in the higher education and career development sectors.
  • Identify, pitch, and close deals with universities, colleges, training institutes, and enterprise partners.
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team; train, motivate, and guide them to success.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to adapt sales approaches.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and oversee long-term account development.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business strategies.
  • Prepare detailed business and financial performance reports for leadership.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in

    EdTech.

  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Prior experience with

    P&L ownership

    or commercial performance management is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the education and employability ecosystem is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software, data analysis, and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel for business development, client meetings, and events.
