Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for

    Tractor and Implement business

    .

  • Expand market presence through

    BTL activities

    , customer visits, farmer meetings, and local promotional activities.

  • Develop and strengthen the

    dealer network

    by appointing new dealers, sales executives, and channel partners.

  • Monitor and support dealers to achieve sales, finance closures, and retail targets.

  • Ensure effective and timely utilization of

    DMS

    , CRM, and other internal systems.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence for strategic decision-making.

  • Plan and drive field-level marketing initiatives in coordination with the HO team.

  • Maintain strong relations with customers, dealers, and field sales teams to enhance productivity.

  • Ensure timely reporting, MIS submission, and adherence to company processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification:

    B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering) preferred / Any Graduate with relevant experience.

  • Experience:

    8-10 years in Tractor / Agricultural Machinery / Farm Equipment sales.

  • Strong knowledge of

    Uttar Pradesh geography

    , market behavior, and customer segments.

  • Proven experience in

    dealer management

    , rural sales, and territory expansion.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
