Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) functions for tractors and implements.

  • Develop and implement quality strategies, systems, and processes to achieve zero-defect manufacturing.

  • Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean methodologies.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, statutory norms, and customer quality expectations.

  • Establish strong Supplier Quality Assurance systems, including vendor audits and performance monitoring.

  • Lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and problem-solving for customer complaints and field failures.

  • Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Service teams to drive product quality from design to delivery.

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing quality team with strong technical expertise

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.E./B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

  • 18-20 years of proven experience in Quality Management within the tractor or farm equipment industry.

  • Excellent knowledge of ISO/TS standards, quality tools, and statistical techniques.

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational excellence.
