Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Delivery:

    Ensure timely and quality delivery of products as per the Monthly Production Plan.

  • Plant Capacity Utilization:

    Improve efficiency and maximize output against installed plant capacity.

  • Cost Saving Initiatives:

    Drive initiatives to reduce production costs, improve processes, and minimize warranty impact.

  • Kaizen Submission:

    Contribute to continuous improvement through innovative Kaizen ideas and process enhancements.

  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Purchase teams for daily and weekly production planning.

  • Monitor material availability, line loading and bottleneck analysis to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing flow.

  • Prepare MIS reports related to planning, scheduling and productivity.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of

    production planning, scheduling, and capacity planning

    .

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferably automobile/tractor components).

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP/SAP, and daily planning reports.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
