Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute procurement activities to meet monthly/annual targets.
Develop alternate sources for critical and proprietary components.
Maintain supplier performance for quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
Ensure maintenance of targeted inventory levels (INR wise & class wise).
Monitor and ensure zero variance between actual stock and system stock.
Coordinate with stores, production, and finance teams for accurate inventory reconciliation.
Support supplier evaluation, negotiation, and development activities.
Drive improvements in lead time, material quality, and procurement cost.
Prepare and submit Kaizen ideas for process improvement.
Support SCM initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of procurement processes
Vendor management & negotiation skills
Inventory control & material planning
Experience with ERP/DMS systems
Good communication and analytical skills
Knowledge of automobile industry components
