Deliverables-

- Floating of inquiry / Preparation of comparative statement / Technical Comparison / Costing and Estimation preparation for negotiation pertaining to steel and other exotic metal procurement.

- Preparation of Purchase order and Follow-up for order acknowledgement.

- Alternative / New Vendor development.

- Timely clearance of payment to vendor.

- Preparation of job work challan / closure of challan and reconciliation of job work material.

- Maintain documentation as per the standards.

- Look after import purchase activities.

- Identify ARC items and get management's approval for implementation.

- Preparation of costing sheet for sheet metal work, fabrication, power pack, cylinder, etc.

- Monitor supplier's performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.

- Carryout inward material inspection as and when required.

- Handle a team of 3 to 5 individuals in regular activities of purchase.

- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste to optimize customer service.

- Maintain documentation as per ISO requirements.
