Senior Relationship Manager-Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Scoping, mapping, and closing key distributor/dealer accounts across CG & Vidarbha.

• End-to-end lifecycle management for prospective 100+ dealers/distributors.

• Ensuring BTL campaigns are executed in each region for tile contractors.

• Building and executing loyalty schemes for dealers & contractors,

• Coordinating with ops, marketing, and the technical team for timely delivery, service, andcollections. Driving policy initiatives with specified big accounts (builders and interiors)

• Driving competition mapping for key regions every quarter

• Building a team of 4-6 people of BDOs & RMs
