Key responsibilities :

• Drive the overall design vision & strategy

  – all physical & digital products (web, mobile)

• Edit and deliver video assets

  (demos, brand reels, investor cuts) that fuel product launches and social buzz.

• Create tasteful packaging

  for new line‘Z’, balancing brand punch with supplychain practicality.

• Ship highimpact pages:

  build ProductX site from scratch and refactor PageY with richer media, smoother UX, and faster load times

• Roll out full brand toolkit:

  posters, standees, hoardings, merch, and social creatives—everything stays ongrid and onmessage.

• PPTs

  : craft winning visual, storydriven infographic slides.

• Partner crossfunctionally & mentor:

  sync daily with Product, Eng, Marketing, Sales.

Do these all while developing and maintaining a comprehensive design system for consistency and scalability.

Savy and comfortable with the platforms:

• Web design ( UI/UX ) - Figma/ Adobe XD/ Sketch
• 2D graphic - Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator
• Video Editing - Final-Cut Pro/Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.

What We’re Looking For — AI-Native Edition:

• 3-6 yrs design leadership

  with a shipped-portfolio; B2B physical product, e-com/D2C, supply-chain or hard-tech is a plus.

• AI-first workflow:

  fluent in Figma/PS/AE and prompt-engineering Midjourney, Ideogram, LLMs to 10 output.

• Lightning learner:

  adapts to new tools & briefs overnight; thrives in high-ambiguity sprints.

• Design science + refined taste:

  masters typography, color theory, grid systems, and UX heuristics—applying each with top-tier precision.

• Full-stack creator:

  pixels vectors motion code; illustration & sketching are second nature.

• Clear communicator & mentor:

  sells a concept to founders, syncs with Eng/Marketing, and uplifts junior designers.

• Bias for action:

  owns deadlines, experiments relentlessly, delivers polished assets in hours—not weeks.
