Area Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitoring And Controlling overall Sales & Marketing Activities.
• Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members.
• Developing marketing strategies and plans to achieve sale targets.
• Training the field staff and monitoring their activities.
• Monitoring and ensuring primary and secondary targets are met.
• Sales Forecasting at monthly, quarterly and annual level.
• Onboarding new Stockists and distributors and managing them.
• Responsible for collecting payments from channel partners.
• Ensuring timely reporting to management.
• Work collaboratively across teams - including Sales, Marketing and Support team.
• Good communication in Telugu, English and Hindi
Critical skills :
• Negotiation skills, Coordination, leadership, problem solving, result orientation,
Analytical ability, Team Building capability, Interpersonal skills, Computer literate
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to Rs. 7,00,000 per annum
