* Achieve sales targets & drive order booking in assigned territory
* Build strong relationships with architects, faade consultants, developers, contractors & system partners* Identify & convert opportunities in commercial, residential & infrastructure projects* Manage end-to-end sales cycle from specification to payment collection* Conduct site visits, handle customer objections & ensure client satisfaction* Collaborate with internal teams for timely deliveries and updates.* Maintain and expand presence across Bangalore and nearby areas.
* MBA or B.E/B. tech. with 3- 10 years of experience
* Background in Building Materials / Faade / ACP / System Manufacturing preferred* Strong project-based sales & relationship management skills* Proficiency in MS Excel & CRM tools
