Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Field-based role requiring extensive travel across Chhattisgarh)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business DevelopmentExecutive to join our team in Raipur. This field-based role involvesidentifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, anddriving sales growth for our HR payroll and services portfolio. The idealcandidate will be proactive, travel extensively across Chhattisgarh to meetclients, and leverage strong sales acumen to expand our market presence. Ifyou have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experiencein the HR services sector, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to ourgrowth.Key Responsibilities
·Identify and prospect potential clients in Chhattisgarh, focusing onindustries that require HR payroll solutions, recruitment, and relatedservices.·Conduct market research to understand client needs and industrytrends in HR management.·Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business,including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regularfollow-ups, presentations, and customized solution proposals.·Travel extensively across Chhattisgarh (at least 70-80% of the time) tomeet prospects, conduct demos, and close deals.·Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales support, product, andoperations) to ensure seamless delivery of HR payroll services.·Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while trackingperformance metrics.·Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to highlightbusiness opportunities and achievements.·Stay updated on HR regulations, payroll best practices, andcompetitive landscape to position our services effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements
·Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).·Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development,sales, or account management, preferably in HR, payroll, orconsulting services.·Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh; must possess avalid driver's license and reliable transportation.·Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation,negotiation, and closing techniques.
Essential Skills
·Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of local Chhattisgarh dialects is a plus).·Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.·Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar).·Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.·Knowledge of HR payroll systems, compliance requirements (e.g., PF,ESI, TDS), and industry challenges is highly desirable.·Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
