Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
• Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives to achieve team goals.
• Monitor daily sales performance and ensure timely reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and share periodic sales performance reports with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in sales or business development (FMCG / Telecom / IT / Pharma / etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,662.48 - ₹51,968.82 per month
