Area Sales Manager

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
2. Build and maintain strong dealer relationships, providing support and guidance.
3. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
4. Visit dealerships regularly for performance reviews, training, and issue resolution.
5. Collaborate with marketing to design and implement promotional campaigns.
6. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Recruit, train, and develop dealer sales staff for better performance.
10. Coordinate with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
11. Monitor dealership inventory levels and provide stocking guidance.
12. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
13. Act as a liaison between dealers and internal departments for smooth operations.
14. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
15. Implement sales strategies and incentive programs to drive dealer performance.
16. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to dealers.
17. Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure major deals and partnerships. 

Qualifications:

B.Tech/B.E., Master's degree or MBA in Sales or a related field. 

Skills:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction machinery industry.
2. Experience in team management and leadership roles.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction machinery industry.
4. Understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
