Area Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly & quarterly sales targets with full ownership.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and enhance visibility.
• Lead, train & motivate your sales team to deliver outstanding results.
• Expand our network by identifying new distributors, channel partners & retail opportunities.
• Developing and expanding the business.
• Keep an eye on competitor moves and market trends to stay ahead.
• Ensure strong product availability, merchandising & secondary sales performance.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and MT partners.
• Conduct market visits, supervise routes, and review team performance.
• Manage collections, credit controls, and timely sales reporting.
• Collaborate with management to run trade schemes and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Strategy Development, Territory Management, and Forecasting
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills, along with excellent Leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and familiarity with Sales Software tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in education services or a related industry is a plus
