Bakeofun is growing rapidly across Chhattisgarh, and we’re seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager who can lead from the front and take our brand to the next level. Roles & Responsibilities: Drive monthly & quarterly sales targets with full ownership. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and enhance visibility. Lead, train & motivate your sales team to deliver outstanding results. Expand our network by identifying new distributors, channel partners & retail opportunities. Developing and expanding the business. Keep an eye on competitor moves and market trends to stay ahead. Ensure strong product availability, merchandising & secondary sales performance. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and MT partners. Conduct market visits, supervise routes, and review team performance. Manage collections, credit controls, and timely sales reporting. Collaborate with management to run trade schemes and promotional campaigns. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management and Relationship Management Strong skills in Strategy Development, Territory Management, and Forecasting Effective Communication and Negotiation skills, along with excellent Leadership abilities Proficiency in Data Analysis and familiarity with Sales Software tools Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong problem-solving skills Previous experience in education services or a related industry is a plus What Makes You a Great Fit Strong leadership and team-handling skills Excellent communication & negotiation abilities Proven ability to hit sales targets Sharp analytical mindset & problem-solving skills Understanding of GT & MT channels Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership Bonus Skills Willing to travel across Chhattisgarh Strong MS Excel & reporting skills
