Job Description

Team Lead


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Ownership:


  • Take  ownership of achieving the agreed

    site-level sales targets

    in      coordination with the sales team.
  • Monitor      and push daily lead conversions and assist the team in improving      visit-to-booking ratios.
  • Ensure      all scheduled and walk-in customers are handled efficiently to support      closures.

2. Billing & Collections Coordination:


  • Ensure      timely

    billing and invoicing to the developer

    as per the project’s      commercial terms.
  • Collaborate      with CRM and finance teams to track payment collections and follow-ups.
  • Maintain      clear communication with the developer on commercial status and      outstanding dues.

3. Customer Experience & Site Readiness:


  • Welcome,      brief, and guide every customer visiting the site with a professional and      personalized approach.
  • Ensure      the

    sample unit, site office, and common areas

    are maintained to      the highest standard at all times.
  • Ensure      availability and upkeep of marketing collaterals and technology assets      (screens, tablets, kiosks).

4. Reporting & Coordination:


  • Maintain      a

    daily footfall log and update real-time lead/customer data in the CRM      or central system

    .
  • Ensure      

    every customer profile is accurately captured and entered into the      system on the same day

    .
  • Share      daily and weekly reports on footfalls, site updates, sales pipeline, and      collection status.
  • Escalate      any gaps in lead handling, customer experience, or developer coordination      to the sales head.

Candidate Profile:


  • Experience:

     6-10 years in real estate site management or sales coordination, preferably      in Ahmedabad
  • Education:

        Graduate in any stream; certifications in real estate, hospitality, or      business admin is an added advantage
  • Skills:

  • Fluent       in Gujarati ,Hindi, and English
  • Presentable,       people-oriented, and performance-driven
  • Comfortable       with tech tools, CRM systems, and reporting processes
  • Strong       follow-through and proactive communication style
