Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sourcing Manager and Closing Manager. The role is based in Goregaon, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sourcing Manager and Closing Manager will be responsible for identifying and procuring real estate opportunities, managing vendor relationships, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. Daily tasks include market analysis, lead generation, coordinating with developers, and ensuring smooth and efficient closing processes. Qualifications Experience in real estate sourcing, lead generation, and vendor management Strong negotiation and closing skills Proficiency in market analysis and research methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field Experience with real estate technology platforms is a plus Relevant industry certifications or licenses may be beneficial Show more Show less
