NABA is looking for an
Area Manager India
to join the team in Mumbai.The Area Manager India will play a key role in driving student recruitment, admissions, and outreach activities for NABA in India. Reporting to the Head of Enrollment – India, this role will focus on building strong local networks, ensuring effective admissions counselling and achieving enrollment targets. The position requires excellent knowledge of international university admissions processes, documentation, and visa requirements, along with proven experience in student recruitment and relationship management.
The selected candidate
will carry out the following activities:
- Student Recruitment & Admissions
- Counsel prospective students and parents on NABA’s programs, admissions requirements, documentation, and visa processes.
- Guide students through the complete application process in coordination with the India and Italy teams.
- Outreach & Partnerships
- Establish and manage partnerships with schools, universities, and institutions across India.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and events to promote NABA’s programs and career pathways in design and creative fields.
- Engage NABA alumni in India for promotional activities, roadshows, and student engagement.
- Agent Network Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies pan-India.
- Provide training to agencies on academic programs, admissions processes, and visa documentation.
- Monitor agency performance and support them in achieving enrollment targets.
- Events & Brand Promotion
- Represent NABA at education fairs, exhibitions, and student recruitment events nationwide.
- Support marketing and communication initiatives to strengthen NABA’s visibility and brand positioning in India.
Deliver regular reports with insights, updates, and action plans to support recruitment goals.
Requirements
- PG/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Education, or related field.
- At least 6+ years of experience in international student recruitment, with 4+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong network of education agents across India and proven ability to drive results through them.
- Thorough knowledge of international admissions, documentation, and visa procedures (Europe/Italy preferred).
- Excellent counselling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
