Domus Academy Milano, one of the most iconic Design and Fashion School in the world, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to lead our student recruitment activities in India, based in Mumbai. As part of our Enrollment team and reporting to the Enrollment & Admissions Senior Manager in Italy, the Area Manager India will oversee the setup, management, and growth of the local recruitment team, ensuring strong performance across all programs of Domus Academy in the region. The Area Manager will also cooperate with different deparmtents of Headquarter in Italy. Key Responsibilities: Define strategies, budget and accurate forecast aligned with business goals. Develop and lead local campaigns and events to meet enrollment target and future plans Support and enhance the brand image and reputation of Domus Academy in India. Develop and manage relationships with Embassies, Consulates, local Universities, High Schools and other institution to strengthen and expand local business Liase with Embassies and Consulates to support students in visa processes. Plan, implement, and monitor regional recruitment activities (fairs, events, online campaigns, school visits, etc.). Oversee agency networks, providing guidance, problem-solving, and performance monitoring. Keep relationships with DA Alumni from India and leverage their experience and career progression Deliver business reports with actionable insights to boost recruitment results. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities. Lead, coach, and develop the local enrollment team, ensuring their growth and performance. Play an active role in hiring new resources and supporting change management initiatives. Requirements: Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent. 6+ years of experience in international sales, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role. Strong sales, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Proactive, flexible, and able to work under deadlines. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Previous international exposure (study/work abroad) is a plus. Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
