Area Manager India

As an Area Manager at Domus Academy, you will be responsible for leading student recruitment activities in India, specifically based in Mumbai. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining strategies, budget, and accurate forecasts aligned with business goals. - Developing and leading local campaigns and events to meet enrollment targets and future plans. - Supporting and enhancing the brand image and reputation of Domus Academy in India. - Developing and managing relationships with Embassies, Consulates, local Universities, High Schools, and other institutions to strengthen and expand local business. - Liaising with Embassies and Consulates to support students in visa processes. - Planning, implementing, and monitoring regional recruitment activities such as fairs, events, online campaigns, school visits, etc. - Overseeing agency networks, providing guidance, problem-solving, and performance monitoring. - Maintaining relationships with Domus Academy Alumni from India and leveraging their experience and career progression. - Delivering business reports with actionable insights to boost recruitment results. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and identifying new opportunities. - Leading, coaching, and developing the local enrollment team to ensure their growth and performance. - Playing an active role in hiring new resources and supporting change management initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent. - 6+ years of experience in international sales, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role. - Strong sales, relationship-building, and organizational skills. - Proactive, flexible, and able to work under deadlines. - Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems. - Previous international exposure (study/work abroad) is a plus. - Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus. - Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
