Job Description

  • Role Overview:

    Responsible for driving regional sales growth, expanding customer and dealer networks, and leading the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor dealer performance and enhance sales from existing and new customers.
  • Visit dealers, wholesalers, and non-IPL customers to increase market reach.
  • Handle dealer queries (MRP, credit notes, leakage issues, etc.).
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies.
  • Conduct farmer meetings and promotional events for brand visibility.
  • Ensure timely collection and monitor team performance against KRAs.
  • Recruit, train, and appraise sales team members.
