Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Area Manager to join our team in Chennai. The Area Manager will oversee and drive business operations within their designated region, ensuring growth and profitability. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring teams, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also analyze market trends, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Knowledge of financial products such as wealth management, retail broking, asset management, and investment banking.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
• Exposure to the financial services industry and expertise in market analysis would be an added advantage.
