Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Jaipur. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales within the designated territory. Key responsibilities include managing sales operations, developing and monitoring sales strategies, building relationships with retailers and distributors, ensuring sales targets are met, and analyzing market trends to identify business opportunities. The role requires strong leadership in managing a sales team and ensuring the brand's presence, growth, and reputation in the market.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing skills including strategy development, lead generation, and implementing sales plans.
• Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Leadership and team management expertise with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing on-field and administrative sales operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or related sectors is an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to dynamic business environments.
