Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment of Branch Staff, Branch Managers,Admin Managers and other non sales function required in a particular region
• Training of branch on various products.
• Identification of new premises as a part of Expansion. This includes liasioning with property brokers, negotiation with landlords, collection of property papers for legal and

valuation report, agreement execution for lease

and taking possession from landlord after

payment of security deposit

• Target allocation to each branch
• Motivating each branch to ensure that they meet sales targets, grow the portfolio both in quantity and quality.
• Handling operational issues of each branch and ensuring all the processes are complied with the organisational guidelines
• Generation of additional revenue from third party products like insurance
• Launching promotional activities to retail existing customer and acquire new customers
• Doing frequent meeting/get together with customers as well as branch staff to receive feedback and improve the daily operational efficiency and TAT
• Travelling from one branch to the other and doing inspection to ensure that branch meets its target on numbers as well as Quality
• Approval of high value cases on email/system

Preferred candidate profile

5 - 10 Yrs

• Graduate/ Post Graduate

• Market intelligence

• Analytical skills, Good interpersonal
