Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Assist BDE/Sales Team in chalking sales / marketing strategies for the locality / locality Coordinate with cross functional/ other vertical business departments to facilitate business by branches Assist Area Sales Manager in planning and organizing Sales/ Marketing events in Branch locations Establish sales reporting mechanisms as per company standards Monitory and guide BDE Team and ensure achievement of business objectives Evaluation of performance vis--vis the competitors of the locality inducting BDEs/ Sales Team. Follow up with branches on compliance of internal audit matters, monitor Minimise customer complaints Maintain liaison with Regional Sales Manager/ Area Manager/ Area Sales Managers/Departments in Zonal/ Head Office for speedy resolution of problems faced by branches
