Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as an Area Credit Manager - Mid Corporate in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate, group, and promoter due diligence.
Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough analysis of financials and credit assessments for effective risk mitigation.

Understand proposal-related industry and market dynamics to inform credit decisions.

Perform site visits and personal discussions with promoters/CFOs to gather essential information.

Prepare comprehensive credit notes including deal-specific covenants.

Adhere to internal credit policies and capture deviations in credit notes.

Approve or recommend credit limits and transactions based on thorough analysis.

Job

Strong knowledge of term loans, working capital, and structural products.

Ability to analyze financials and credit assessments.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to mitigate risks.

Experience in preparing credit notes and managing portfolio companies.

Familiarity with internal credit policies and procedures.

Understanding of the banking/financial services/broking industry is beneficial.

Candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Info
The selected candidate will be required to monitor portfolio companies and ensure adherence to internal credit policies.
