Job Description

Aufgaben
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead team to follow up delinquent customers in order to minimize non-performing loan including restructuring activities for customer with temporary cash flow difficulties ; Reduction of early delinquencies and Non-starters ; Responsible for increase in overdue charge collection ; Phone calling/visiting the delinquent customers on daily basis and coordinate with collection/repo vendors to reduce delinquencies.
  • Monitor and assign outsource agents to follow up delinquent customers and to repossess the vehicle for serious overdue account.(Networking to be via Phone/Fields Visit).
  • Manage all outsourced vendor partner/s activities to include :outsourced agent performance, Trainings, compliance checks, periodic audits, repossession activities, billing, etc.
  • Preparing Management reports and circulating periodic MIS and information required ; Ensure all tasks are getting completed as per collection policy; fraud and willful defaulter reporting; ensuring “0” audit findings.
  • Limiting the write-off as per target ; supporting legal team on loss recoveries wherever required ; Support the team by taking responsibilities.
  • Planning for the month with targets, weekly milestones, daily run rate, identification of gaps in field ; handling customer escalations and legal escalations.
  • Travel along with vendor partners to locations across the assigned geography and meet non collectable customers.
  • Guide outsourcing teams across their locations to handle difficult contracts and keep them engaged and motivated.
Qualifikationen
Education:
  • Minimum Degree level education (PG Preferred)
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years collections and collection management experience
  • Experience of working with outsource partners to include legal firms, collection and repossession agencies
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Decision-Maker, effective Negotiator, highly motivated
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Excellence in relationship building
  • Should be flexible in travelling across the designated area
  • Problem solving ability

  • Leadership skills: Provide continuous motivation to team members, should be able to lead a team both on-field and office (this includes Non FTE’s)
  • Technical skills: Detailed knowledge of collection, repossession process.
  • Professional & Interpersonal skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels of the organization, Good communications with external parties, in particular with the dealer network. Strong Team player willing to work in a high paced start up environment
