We’re looking for an Architect who combines creative vision with business drive — someone who can design, pitch, and close. This role is ideal for professionals who understand both the language of design and the mechanics of business growth.


  • Role Overview


The Architect will play a dual role — leading design concepts while driving client acquisition and business expansion. You’ll collaborate with leadership on strategy, identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and oversee design execution for key turnkey projects.


  • Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition


Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, and experiential sectors.


Build and nurture strong relationships with developers, corporate occupiers, and brand partners.


Develop and deliver impactful design-led presentations and pitches.


Own and manage the BD funnel — from lead generation to closure.


Collaborate with leadership to define revenue targets and achieve them through consistent client engagement.


  • Design Leadership & Execution


Lead design strategy and concept development for client briefs and RFPs.


Translate business requirements into creative, functional, and commercially viable design proposals.


Coordinate with internal design, project management, and site teams to ensure design integrity during execution.


Support value engineering and design optimization based on project budgets and timelines.


  • Strategic & Cross-functional Collaboration


Create pitch decks, project portfolios, and design narratives.


Stay informed on market trends, material innovations, and competitor activities.


Represent TrueSpace at client meetings, industry events, and networking platforms.


  • Who You Are


Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design.


6–8 years of experience in corporate interiors, design & build, or turnkey business development.


Strong design portfolio and proven ability to lead client pitches and presentations.


Track record of bringing in clients or contributing to business generation.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Keynote).


Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance creative and commercial goals.
