Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate – Client Acquisition to drive lead generation and expand our client base. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, setting up meetings, and building strong business relationships within the commercial real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, landlords, and developers. Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients and key decision-makers. Maintain a structured database of leads, track follow-ups, and update progress reports. Work closely with the leasing and advisory teams to support client acquisition strategies. Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business forums. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in building new relationships.
