Applications Development Analyst

Job Title: AIML DeveloperExperience: 3 years of relevant experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write scalable and efficient code using the Python programming language.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Python and utilize essential libraries for machine learning, such as scikit-learn and pandas.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define application requirements.
• Process, cleanse, and validate the integrity of data to be utilized for analysis.
• Understand business objectives and develop machine learning models that align with these goals, including metrics to track their progress.
• Analyze various machine learning algorithms to identify the most suitable solutions for specific problems, ranking them by their likelihood of success.
• Demonstrate proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras.
• Apply advanced neural network architectures, including BERT models, to enhance model performance.
• Streamline processes using MLOps practices to improve deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
• Utilize OpenAI technologies to enhance model capabilities and integrate cutting-edge AI solutions.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize interactions with AI models, ensuring accurate and contextually relevant outputs.
• Convert AI/ML models into APIs for seamless integration and use by other developers.
• Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning based on test results to optimize model performance.
• Train and retrain machine learning systems as necessary to adapt to new data and requirements.
• Extend existing machine learning libraries and frameworks to meet project needs.
• Design and implement machine learning systems and self-running artificial intelligence (AI) software to automate predictive modeling processes.
• Document machine learning processes, methodologies, and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
  

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Min RPA experience – 3+ years
• Exhibit expertise in at least one popular Python framework (e.g., Django, Flask, or Pyramid) for web application development.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Fast learner, quality conscious and committed to deadlines
• Excellent analytical and effective communication skills
