Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Analyst to support and maintain non-clinical applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a secondary focus on Salesforce Health Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, a solid understanding of business operations, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations, design, build, testing, and maintenance of supported applications, and will be a key contributor in project implementations, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and cross-departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of non-clinical applications, from small service requests to large project implementations.
• Assist with system troubleshooting, application implementations, and coordination of software updates.
• Participate in system testing and validation, including development and maintenance of testing protocols and coordination with end users.
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to support system functionality and ensure stable application performance.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure the software application remains stable, optimized, and functional.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system support; ensure compliance with established change management processes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, providing immediate response during off-hours when required.
• Maintain and continuously expand knowledge in all relevant systems and applications through cross-training and self-education.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience, with demonstrated ability to support enterprise applications.
• Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).
• Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud is a strong advantage.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of operational workflows supported by IT applications.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to rapidly changing environments.
• Experience in application/system design, configuration, documentation, and testing.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar change management methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
• Experience working in healthcare or related industries.
• Understanding of HIPAA, data privacy, and compliance-related requirements.
