Application Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) application support for various applications such as FINNONE, LMS, LOS is must SQL, Oracle, and other related systems.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with software products using problem-solving techniques to identify root causes of problems.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting business operations.
  
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
  
• Ensure timely escalation of critical incidents to senior team members when necessary.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in IT industry supporting multiple applications simultaneously.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computers or relevant field; B.Tech/B.E. preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle concepts including design patterns, coding languages (e.g., Java), database management systems (e.g., MySQL).
  
• Proficiency in working with various operating systems (Windows/Linux) and ability to troubleshoot common hardware failures.
